BBK Transportation Case Study | How Heju New Logistics Conquered the "Impossible Mission"

In June 2025, thanks to its outstanding professional capabilities and efficient teamwork, Heju New Logistics successfully operated and delivered the Jakarta BBK modular lifting export project, safely and efficiently transporting a batch of critical oversized industrial equipment to Jakarta. This was not only a successful transportation operation, but also a perfect demonstration of our comprehensive service capabilities and innovative thinking!

I. Challenge: When "impossible" becomes a customer's need

In the heavy equipment export sector, every project is a tough battle. When Heju New Logistics received the transportation request for this project, the challenge was pushed to the limit:

❌ Pick-up in multiple locations (Jiangsu + Guangdong)

❌ Goods "get fatter" every day (size changes in real time)

❌ Overweight, oversized, and meeting a tight deadline (strict ETA)

II. Breaking the deadlock: A unique solution wins the bidding process

While many suppliers were still debating solutions for bulk carriers, the Heju New Logistics project team made a decisive and bold innovation! We abandoned conventional approaches and proposed a highly challenging yet perfectly time-sensitive solution: container ship sectional lifting and transportation!

III. Practical Application: Refined Management and Control Across the Entire Supply Chain

The real test begins when the plan is implemented. The Heju New Logistics project team understands that such a challenging and demanding project allows no room for error. We proceed with utmost professionalism and meticulousness, taking each step with extreme caution:

✅ Zero data error: The Heju New Logistics project team went deep into the factory, monitored and verified the data on-site, studied the lifting point drawings repeatedly, and communicated with the factory and the dock dozens of times to confirm that every parameter was accurate.

✅ Transportation "Operation Clearance": Full-process loading supervision on the day of departure, real-time route monitoring, and instantaneous clearing of roadblocks to provide unobstructed passage for goods.

✅ Blitzkrieg for Customs Clearance: Facing stringent customs supervision, the operations team collaborated efficiently with clients and customs brokers, accurately conveying cargo information to achieve smooth customs clearance before the cut-off time.

✅ Ship loading "safety fortress": On-site supervision at the dock throughout the loading process, boarding the ship to check the lashing, ensuring the safe departure of the cargo with "close protection".

As a core hub port in South China, its 100,000㎡ heavy cargo yard has a load-bearing capacity exceeding 10 tons/㎡ and is equipped with professional equipment such as heavy-duty gantry cranes, along with an experienced heavy-lift handling team, providing a safe and stable temporary storage and operating environment for oversized cargo. During the project execution, the Nansha Phase II team proactively connected and responded positively, working with our company to develop a scientific loading and unloading plan. With its powerful hardware facilities, superb operational techniques, and efficient coordination capabilities, and industry-leading loading and unloading efficiency, it laid a solid foundation for the successful delivery of the project.
