As this was the client's first time conducting foreign trade, they were unfamiliar with the export process and even more so with the operation of exporting and transporting new energy vehicles. Therefore, to ensure the client's peace of mind and a smoother service, our team conducted multiple, comprehensive, and patient explanations from a professional perspective before the transportation process began. This successfully helped the client become familiar with the entire operational procedure. Furthermore, after the client provided the necessary MSDS, UN38.3, and other documents, we promptly arranged all matters, including booking space.

●When our team receives a client's request to book shipping space, we promptly arrange to provide the necessary documents to the shipping company for review, and guide the client in filling out the declaration form and dangerous goods declaration guarantee. After the release of the SO, we immediately notify the client to send a vehicle to the terminal to arrange for container loading.

●When returning the vehicle, our team carefully inspects it for scratches, dents, or other damage, and takes photos to provide feedback to the customer.

●During loading and unloading, the power is disconnected first. Each tire is secured with two custom-made triangular wooden blocks and reinforced with two additional straps to minimize vehicle damage caused by container shaking during transport. When loading 3-4 vehicles into a container, a custom-made iron frame is used to support the truck cab. Throughout the entire loading process, our team supervises the loading on-site and provides photos to the client, ensuring their peace of mind.
